Release Sessions (Virtual only) are confidential conversations/consultations between myself, Dragonfly, & the individual who feels they’re ready to begin the process of healing from childhood sexual abuse. Don’t get it twisted, I Am NOT a licensed professional therapist. This is purely an energy exchange. Im just a guide that uses her life as a “how to manual” for those that dare to not only survive sexual trauma, but take back their power from those that preyed upon their innocence/wholeness.. The Dragonfly Affect’s method of Sexual Trauma Recovery Coaching has been effective in the promotion of self empowerment through Introspection. Which assists participants with gaining the courage & confidence it takes to not only speak their truth, but walk firmly in it. Our method involves embracing ALL sides of the abuse. We accept our chosen role as victim in past abuse, while simultaneously affirming that we are now reclaiming our innocence/wholeness.
